Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new rey piece but understand if you're not 100% happy with your purchase. 

We will happily exchange your piece or offer a store credit within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
Email our team at customer@rey.co.nz with your order number & return preference.

rey will not accept returns when:
  • An item is not returned in its original condition; has been worn, scratched, damaged, or is not in its original packaging 
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe specified above 
  • If the item is a discounted piece or gift card
If damage occurs due to personal wear & tear, mishandling, or not caring for your item as per our Care Instructions it will not be eligible for return. 

rey is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.
